We’re thrilled to announce 2 Heats for Hybrid Hard 2026, a two-day fitness event hosted by Hybrid 22, bringing together fitness enthusiasts from across Melbourne’s Western suburbs. These events are all about community, competition, and crowning the ultimate individual male and female athletes in our region.

Event Details

Heat 2 Dates: February 7th and 8th, 2026

Location: Hybrid 22 | 1/12 Hammer Court, Hoppers Crossing 3029

Format: Individual competition | Male and Female Divisions

Capacity: Limited to 75 competitor slots

Events: Competitors must participate in all 6 events

Entry Fee: $100

Scoring System: Points will be awarded per event, with scores tallied from all 6 events.

Eg. You have the fastest time trial run, you will earn the maximum points for that event.

1st Place Prize: $500

Day 1: Strength

The true measure of power and grit.

Bench Press: A successful 1 Rep Max, measured for upper body strength using the DOTS score calculator.

Deadlift: A successful 1 Rep Max, testing total body strength, calculated using DOTS.

Push Press: A successful 3 Rep Max, gauging explosive strength, calculated with DOTS.

Day 2: Cardio & Endurance

The ultimate test of stamina and resilience.

Time Trial Run: Complete a 5km course in the shortest time.

AMRAP Circuit: Incorporating echo bikes, burpee box jumps, and skipping for maximum reps in a 10 minute time frame.

Time Trial Circuit: Complete a set number of rounds for sled push, sled drag, and farmer carries in shortest time.
